Ft. Lauderdale offers a variety of Condo Hotels which include full service, luxury Amenities, and beautiful views of the Ocean, Intracoastal and/or City.  All are located in East Ft. Lauderdale in the Beach area.

If you would like to purchase a Condo that has the most rental flexibility, a Condo Hotel is the best choice to consider since Condo Hotels allow unlimited daily, weekly, and monthly Rentals (unlike the majority of Condos that limit Rentals to a minimum of 3 Months or 6 Months and limit the number of times per Year that Owners may rent their Units.)

Condo Hotels offer a Rental Management Program through which Unit Owners may rent their Units to Hotel Guests (with Unit Revenue shared between the Hotel and Unit Owner and Management + Rental of the Unit handled by the Hotel.)  Some also allow Owners to independently manage their own Units and Rent them independently through services such as VRBO and Air BnB. 

Note: :  Condo Hotels are not the same as Timeshares.  A Condo Hotel Unit is owned individually by its’ Owner and individually Deeded to them.
